The MDC Alliance is full of learned people.We can safely say that some of the big legal brains locally reside in MDC Alliance. But what baffles me is how they would all fail to read and acquaint themselves with the Terms of reference of the Commission of Inquiry. Having been empowered at law to appoint and Constitute such a Commission, Clause 8 of the terms of reference make it clear that President Mnangagwa will recieve the final report and use his discretion to decide what to do with the recommendations therein.
