Chamisa fully culpable for 01 August violence in Harare

Chamisa Fully Culpable for August 01 2018 Violence in Harare.

A Linda Masarira morning to you all.

Chamisa is one such confused leader.
He denies knowledge of and ever inciting or encouraging his supporters to protest on the 1st of August 2018.

He forgets that when he visited the injured at Parirenyatwa soon after the violence he actually invited an entourage of both local and international media, before whom he expressed outrage but tacitly claimed parternity of the injured and deceased protesters.

His spokesman Nkululeko Sibanda had to rush to HICC to convene an urgent presser thereafter where he tried hard without success to do a fire fight after realising the fatal error by Chamisa of admitting to have influenced the protesters.
I am one of the people who attended the Presser at HICC as part of the Media where I personally demanded that Chamisa comes to address us for he had clearly taken credit for what he viewed and percieved then as a successful demonstration. Now he disowns them and calls them 'STUPID' in his lattest attempt to mislead the world saying that it could have been ZANU PF who organised that demo.Thats nonsensical to say the least.ZANU PF has been in power for the past 38years and thus would have no reason to destroy its own property and to kill and maim the people they have governed and seek to govern and lead for posterity.

If anything ZANU PF would have everything to lose through the violence and thus would do everything to avoid, prevent or stop the violence.

It could only be the works of a desperate losing party whose leader is so power hungry that he grabed power while the former leader lied dead in South Africa. He could not wait for due process to see him through the leadership ladder of the MDC Alliance.
He conveniently avoided a mandatory Extra Ordinary Congress to appoint interim leadership structure of the party, opting for an endorsement by a small corruptible clique of the party's Nationa Council.

He is the one leader famed for unleashing a violent attack on fellow party members through the infamous Vanguard militia which he also desperately tried to disown or whose existence he tried to downplay on 26 November at Cresta.

But however to put the whole issue to rest is a telephone recording by former Minister of Home affairs Dr Obert Mpofu. This recording will put Chamisa into his rightful place. He is such a hooligan of a leader.

In the telephone conversation Mr Chamisa admitted that indeed he had lost the elections according to the preliminary results announced by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission, and that indeed those people protesting on the streets were his supporters. But in that conversation with Dr Mpofu he refused to call them out and to stop his supporters from marching and destroying property, until Dr Mpofu begged him profusely , to which request he promised to come back with a response.
And the response is still to come to this day. What arrogance !
What sin did our nation commit to deserve such a leader ?

So whichever way and however hard Chamisa tries to mislead the world, the truth is known and shall be made public. But unfortunately for him this truth will never set him free.

Now add a testimony before the Commission of Inquiry by one Ms Linda Tsungirirai Masarira that indeed one of the MDC Alliance's sitting Harare Councillor was physically leading the protesters on that day makes it more difficult for Mr Chamisa to distance himself from this.

She also put it on record that the MDC Alliance Party sent two groups of youths for training for what was dubbed 'Peaceful protest tactics' at locations in Capetown and Livingstone Zambia.

People lost lives, property was destroyed and the image of the nation battered.

The best that Chamisa could do at present would be to admit to a fatal error of commission and allow for a healing process to take place and to ask for forgiveness to the nation for being an accessory to the excesses and shortcomings as committed by his supporters on that fateful day.

Continued denial by Chamisa will make him an unremorseful offender who does not deserve any forgiveness both at law and socially.
It will then become difficult to move forward with someone who riddicles those people who died and got injured while answering to his call to defend a vote, whose result was yet to be announced.
He denies them before the eyes of the world and shamelessly calls them STUPID.

What leader would do that ? Even that leader who had nothing at all to do with the protesters in the first place would have no moral standing to call them STUPID, let alone the one who incited them and in whose name they marched, destroyed property ,got injured and lost lives.
Its unforgivable.

Chamisa virtually wrote his Political Orbituary on the day of his appearance before the Commission of Inquiry at Cresta Lodge in Harare on 26 November 2018.

He chose to lie under oath, on its on a contemptuous act, and lying for that matter under the cover of the Holy Bible, in its own an abormination which could invite a curse from God.
And he claims that 'God is in it'. My foot !

Ichooo !
